*Please be advised since 2020 the borders to NK have been closed so we have not been able to enter NK. IGNIS Community has continued to work in various ways with the multiple humantarian projects currently running. If you'd like more information, please contact us at info@igniscommunity.org
With full permission from the North Korean government, IGNIS travels into NK on a weekly basis to provide food for children at nurseries and kindergartens, as well as medicine and supplies to clinics in the rural villages of Rajin.
Since 2008, we have restored & rebuilt many schools and clinics in remote areas to provide for the needs of the poor, young, old and sick who are most susceptible to malnutrition and inadequate health care.
Throughout the year, we promote a number of other projects including the maintenance & construction of the buildings and supplying coal & wood to families for heating in the winter months.
